Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang meras hingga kekuningan. Masukkan bahan yg telah ditumbuk tadi, tumis hingga garing n naik bau. Masukkan sekali serai.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Masukkan air, masukkan juga pati daging, serbuk lada sulah, garam n perasa.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;UTK BEBOLA: Sementara menunggu kuah mendidih, gaul semua bahan utk membuat bebola daging. Bentukkan bulat mengikut saiz yg kita suka. Siap membentukkan masukkan kedlm kuah tadi, biar mendidih. Kuah siap apabila bebola tadi timbul. Angkat dan ketepikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;UNTUK SUP:-&lt;/span&gt; Dalam periuk, masukkan daun limau purut, hirisan lengkuas, serai, cili padi titik dan air. Masak hingga mendidih selama 10 minit. Masukkan ayam, cendawan butang, sos ikan dan gula. Biar mendidih atas api sederhana 15 - 20 minit dan masukkan hirisan kobis dan santan. Gaul rata dan masak atas api perlahan untuk 5 minit lagi. Matikan api.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;PENYEDIAAN SUP:-&lt;/span&gt; Dalam satu bekas, satukan bahan2 perisa dan gaul hingga rata. Tuang bancuhan bahan perisa ke dalam sup tadi dan gaul rata. Hidupkan api dapur dan masak 2 minit lagi. Rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api dan hidangkan segera. Ayam dipotong 2 dan dibersihkan. Gaulkan garam dan kunyit dan gorengkan. Bila dah sejuk potong kecil.&lt;br /&gt;2. Semua sayuran dipotongkan kecil.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan serba sikit semua bahan dalam pinggan dan taburkan kuah kacang atas bahan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;KUAH KACANG&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kg kacang tanah..goreng ..buang kulit..tumbuk kasar/pecah2&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan air asam jawa&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan gula merah&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cawan minyak&lt;br /&gt;garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;bahan mesin &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu besar cili mesin&lt;br /&gt;4 batang serai&lt;br /&gt;1 inci halia&lt;br /&gt;1/2 inci lengkuas&lt;br /&gt;8 ulas bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;4 ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;2 biji buah keras&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cara: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Tumiskan bahan mesin sehingga wangi dan garing.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bila dah naik minyak masukkan air asam jawa dan kacang. Tambahkan sedikit air jika pekat sangat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Perapkan ayam dengan sedikit bahan yang dikisar. Biarkan selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Panggang sehingga masak dan ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Goreng udang 2 minit, angkat dan toskan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tinggalkan lebih kurang 3 camca besar minyak dalam kuali, tumis bawang besar, bawang putih dan leek, guna api sederhana. Masukkan sos tiram, sos tomato dan sos cili, tuang 1/2 cawan air, gaul rata dan biar mendidih.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan udang dan cili merah, gaul rata. Tambah garam secukup rasa dan jika suka, tambah sedikit gula. Masak hingga pekat dan masukkan tomato, gaul rata dan matikan api. Ambil chopstick atau sudu (gunakan tangkainya). Buat beberapa pusingan pada adunan kek tadi. JGN terlebih pusing, cukup sekadar 3 - 4 kali pusingan.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan pada suhu 175C selama 40 - 45 minit, bergantung pada oven masing2. Jika selepas 45 minit dan apa bila dicucuk dgn lidi satu dibhg tgh2 kek dan hasilnya tidak kering. Tutup permukaan tin kek dgn tudung periuk dan tambah masa membakar 5 - 10 minit lagi. Uji kek selepas 5 minit dibakar. Bila masak keluarkan kek dari tin dan sejukkan. Wash and drain the &lt;i&gt;geragau&lt;/i&gt; and place in a bowl.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add in onion, curry powder, baking powder, flour, salt and enough water. Batter must not be to watery and not too thick.&lt;br /&gt;3. Heat oil in a wok. Drop a spoonful of batter into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;4. Remove from oil and place on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.&lt;br /&gt;5.
